Maisie is a mental health and science geek who is super passionate about all things sleep! Her background is in health care, having worked both as a nurse and counselor. She also holds specialty training as an accredited Holistic Sleep Coach and a certified Infant Sleep Educator.
She has been working closely with families for over 15 years. Working holistically, she looks to the entire family unit, for a full wellness picture – think lifestyle, routines, nutrition, coping skills, and a whole bunch of practical tips!
Her goal is to give you the knowledge and tools you need to make informed choices around sleep AND a gentle push to help you reach your goals.
