Usually, when parents come to me for help with their child’s sleep, they are too tired and exhausted to know where to start. 

Which is EXACTLY why I developed the Mama Care Program. Sure, there’s the old “care for yourself so that you can care for others” adage.

But more than this…Self care helps us to be the parents we want to be!

Most Moms I know struggle to get to their coffee while its still hot.

It is a self care challenge with an element of a mini boot-camp to inspire motivation. Think science backed ‘Mom Hacks’ combined with individual & group coaching support!

How it works

You will be added to an exclusive Facebook Group, where bite-sized content will be delivered daily. 

There’s no need to worry about showing up at any particular time. 

Just show up when it works for you.   

Miss a day….or a few. Not a problem, catch up when you can.

That is the beauty of Facebook groups. They’re there when you need them. 

But…that said. You will get a lot more out of this if you check in daily, and attend the group coaching sessions.

Meet your Host

Maisie is a mental health and science geek who is super passionate about all things sleep! Her background is in health care, having worked both as a nurse and counselor. She also holds specialty training as an accredited Holistic Sleep Coach and a certified Infant Sleep Educator.

She has been working closely with families for over 15 years. Working holistically, she looks to the entire family unit, for a full wellness picture – think lifestyle, routines, nutrition, coping skills, and a whole bunch of practical tips!

Her goal is to give you the knowledge and tools you need to make informed choices around sleep AND a gentle push to help you reach your goals.
